I guess Publix either does BOGOs to get rid of merchandise that is expiring (the other day I found Taco kits that expired in January of 09!!!!!) or they do it to bait us in? Obviously they do it as a clever marketing strategy to get us in the door. But are we really getting a good deal? I was looking around online and found a really funny blog entry about Publix BOGOs, where the author swears that Publix raises it's prices during BOGO sales. That just semes crazy to me how the prices of things we purchase keep going up and down to create a sense of urgency that we need to purchase now or else! Please.

Free for me at Publix....
I got my 2 Dole pineapple tidbits free after .50/1 doubled tonight. I wanted to get 2 more, but my other computer won't print brinks coupons. Urg. I also got a few of the cookie doughs for .45 cents each after coupon. Nothing to write home about with this week's sale. (I read that Dixie plates were 2/5 but they were higher at my store?!)
I did find the coupon booklet that has the $1/1 Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese coupon on page 3 lower right hand corner. (I found 4 of them.) Unfortunately this booklet is hard to find. Here is what it looks like. Hopefully Walmart or Kroger or somebody will have cream cheese on sale soon!
I still can't find that coupon book that has the Klondike Bar coupons in it. Grrrr.

Attention Target shoppers!
Glade tins are on sale for $1.67, and they have $1.50 off coupons inside of them. You may have to look for the coupons though. I found 2 with the coupon inside. There also might be coupons inside of the refills.
