Today we did back and shoulders. I did machine shoulder presses, shrugs, seated back pulls (used 40 lbs on large machine), standing pull downs using lat bar, cross pulls using pullies working back muscles, shoulder presses seated using cable machine, back pulls using seated cable machine, shoulder pull downs using seated cable machine, free weight flies and back shrugs.
My diet has been awful coming off of Easter. There are chocolates and cookies galore everywhere not to mention the crap from work. I am just going to have to concentrate on eating less crap!
