Ralph's Grocery Store, which happens to be in the KROGER FAMILY, is ending double coupons beginning April 1st. Ralph's is primarily in Southern California. This is extremely concerning because Kroger already ended their double coupon program in parts of Texas and other markets after promising that they were only doing it in one test market.
