Not so fast! Don't throw out that restaurant salsa or your chips!!!

Good, hot salsa is a terrible thing to waste. Always bag and bring home your leftovers, and just freeze them in muffin pans. Then you can just pop 'em into a freezer bag, and v'oila! You have individual salsa servings which cook beautifully in your morning eggs MMMM!!! Portion control is great too. You can also make chiquilla wilas (eggs with salsa, tortilla chips and cheese) with your leftover chips and stockpile items. Can you say BUENOS DIAS?! Si!
