Note to self: NEVER bring kids shopping unless you want to blow overage on toys UGH. But of course I have nobody to watch them so I'm sol.
Motrin $6/2 coupons beep and they almost didn't push em thru. Got lucky. It's a great deal with the overage since they are only 2.49 in the mega. Just do it at a coupon friendly store. Because I had the kids with me I went thru the regular lines because they do move much faster than self-checkout and it seems like I have fewer coupon issues as long as coupons don't beep. I'm sure they want me and my impatient kiddos out asap.
Vitamin Water .50 coupons double to .99 ea (coke booklets I found a while back at a store) so nice overage there yeah! I had between 9-10 dollars in overages on this trip alone! The bubbles were 2.99 and the bubble toy was 6.99 ek! Really needed bubble mix since the bubbles I bought on clearance at the end of last summer separated and will not work ugh.
Franks hot sauce free coupon amount of $2.39 came off (1.49 in mega so some overage there.)
Chex Mix is 1.25 ea thru 3/26 (not a part of the mega) and I used a .50/2 and a .50/2 e coupon came off (so those were .50 ea.)
Whole reason I did this trip is I wanted to get the Motrin PM--which they have PLENTY OF. Shelves were very well stocked.
