I've been to Kroger, Publix and Target to check out their Valentine's Day clearance. Here's what I found:

Kroger:
50% off bouquets which is helluv good for nice flowers!!!!
50% off boxed cookies (heart shaped)
(Prices on merchandise still tagged at 75% but rang up at 90%)
Hershey's kisses and minatures .90 cents a bag (YUM!!!)
Aprons $4.50
Heart Shaped Towels .90 cents
Sweat-tart heart bags .37 cents
Conversation Hearts .60 cents a bag
Fun Dip .80 cents a box
Valentine's Day Heart bags .07 cents
Disney Princess stamps .90 cents
Skittles Boxes .90 cents
Valentine's Day Cards boxed 1.20 deluxe


Target (OMG I got the cutest NordicWare spatula for .50 cents LOL)
Items are tagged at 75% but rang up at 90%
Valentine's Day cards ranging from .10 cents to .50 cents a box!!!! Some had pencils and magnets and tattoos which is fun for year-round entertainment!!!
Valentine's Day sheriff's badges .19 cents!!!!
Valentine's Day silly bandz .19 cents!!!

Publix:
Everything is 50% and will stay at 50% b/c that's how they roll.
