Get Up to $15 FREE from Kellogg’s Mini-wheats Class Action Lawsuit with This Form.
The Lawsuit claimed that Kellogg falsely advertised that its Frosted
Mini-Wheats cereal improved kids’ attentiveness, memory and other
cognitive functions to a degree not supported by competent clinical
evidence. Kellogg stands by its advertising and denies it did anything
wrong.
Kellogg has agreed to create a fund to pay claims of $2.75 million. Any
money left over will be donated to one or more charities. Kellogg also
has agreed to distribute to charities that provide food to the indigent a
total of $5.5 million worth of certain Kellogg branded food items.
Under the settlement, Kellogg agreed to make certain changes to the
Frosted Mini-Wheats marketing and labeling.
