Target: Notebooks for .10 cents each! Back to school items 30% off and higher!

While I was at Target today I noticed tons of clearanced items. The back to school stuff is already marked down 30% and higher. Summer pool stuff is also 30% including tiki torches. Garden stuff is 50% off. There were also tricycles 30% off in the toy and bike sections.
