Publix and Kroger: Free Mahatma Rice again in doubles!

Mahatma Rice is usually 10 for $10 ($1 ea) at Kroger and .89 cents or so at Publix. There is a .50/1 in today's 8/29 RP (yeah) so free in the land of doubles YEAH!
