We went to a holiday party last night, and there was a delicious platter out that looked really easy to make. Basically it was cream cheese with water chestnuts inside (you can put whatever you want in it, spinach, crushed walnuts, japepenos, whatever. Then the outside was rolled up into a roll and garnished with crushed walnuts and jelly on top. And there were cranberries around the outside and of course Ritz crackers lol. What a quick and easy recipe idea! You could even use leftover cranberry sauce on top. (This isn't the picture from what I saw last night but you get the point!) I still have tons of cream cheese from the free Kroger deal so I'll probably be making more than just my regular artichoke dip and cheese cakes this year! You can get Philadelphia cream cheese for just .25 cents a thing this week at Publix if you have the $1/1 Winter Savings Booklet coupons! GREAT DEAL!!!
