I read your blog all the time. We don't have a Pulblix here where I live, but I was wondering what exactly is the deal on the penny item? I'm thinking you have to spend a certain dollar amount in the store to be able to purchase the item for a penny, and then after you've reached your total, you use double coupons to get your total down to zero/nearly zero. Am I right?
Yep. You only have to spend $10 and with all of the stuff free after coupons it's very easy to get the extra item free. I used to make more of an effort every Monday but now it totally depends on what the penny item is lol.
