Walmart is reportedly going to remain open thru Thanksgiving so no worker(s) will be trampled to death like last year. They reportedly will have deals starting at 5am (yeah right) and are expecting orderly lines for the $300 laptop and $100 GPS deals LOL!
Target opens at 5am and will be giving out $10 gift cards when you spend $100 from 5am till noon. Target's Black Friday AD leaked out early HERE LOL! Hopefully this won't be the year when someone is trampled to death @ Target.This article says they will also be highlighting $3 appliances, but I didn't see them in the ad. They do show a $97 GPS, $88 Nikon 10 MP camera, $246 32" Westinghouse LCD HGTV, $13 Up and Tinkerbell DVD, $449 40" Apex LCD HGTV, $47 portable RCA DVD player (wow), $49 Casio Keyboard, $88 RCA portable dual screen DVD player (wow), $35 electric drum set (dd would love that lol), $29 digital photo frame, $3.99 dvds (lol), $5.99 Madagasgar DVD etc.
Personally the whole shopping frenziness and hoopla with trees and Santa up the wazu especially right after Halloween is ridiculous. The wisemen didn't trample people to death to get baby Jesus a gift, now did they? Maybe I'll be a wise woman and wait until cyber Monday LOL!
