Been doing this at Publix, too, on their Kellogg's B1G1 deal.
This option is for those who aren't lucky enough to have a Publix that accepts Target as a competitor. My store (the one I shop at the most) does not accept Target. They don't and never accepted drug store coupons either. Just Food Lion. Course I can always drive to another store! =)
