Black Friday ad sales - bait and switch?!
Wow! I just came across an interesting article about Black Friday, and how you have to read the fine print on those door buster ads! Some have a disclosure that say 2 items pr store! (Example. Sears will advertising a Samsung 40-inch 1080p LCD HDTV for $599.99, only while quantities last, minimum three per store, no rainchecks, and they'll be pushing a Kenmore 3.5-cubic-foot high-efficiency washer and 5.8-cubic foot dryer pair for $579.98, but the limit will be four per store w/no rainchecks!) Woah Nelly! Makes you want to say, hmmmmm! Here's the link to the article on stores' dirty little black friday secrets! Are you planning on shopping this Black Friday?!

I read that article earlier too. It is such a shame that companies such as Sears and Best Buy, etc are able to get away with this. They hype their sales up and expect/know a ton of people will be baited into their stores. It's so unfair that companies don't hold up their end of the bargain. I am still on the fence about if I am going shopping Friday. In years past I have, but this year I don't have much $$, so unless I see something I REALLY want and maybe need, I don't think I will be going. No sense in freezing my rear-end off this year..lol!
Well Sears is limiting because last year they honored everyone who wanted a washer/dryer combo for 600 even though they didn't have the product LOL! That's pretty impressive in my opinion. Interesting how the article says that the digital tvs won't even be as good as the regular ones LOL! (You get what you pay for sometimes!)
