This is a decent deal if you don't have access to a Publix. There was a regional CoverGirl Exact Eyelights collection or Simply Ageless collection $3/2 Target Coupon in the 09-20-09 RP, and a $1/1 mf in the 10/11 PG. That means $5 off any 2 items. Prices at Target are reported to be around $3.14 each, so 1.28 for 2 or .64 each.
