Cheap All Small & Mighty starting Ths @ Publix (10/22)

I just saw this in my ad. All Small & Mighty will be 2.99. There was a 2/1 All in the 10/4 RP which would make it $.99. I was hoping there was a 3/1 out there, but I don't see one.
