I also had a pb ordering online, so I placed my order over the phone. My order came very fast, within 2 days. I was very surprised, I didn't even have time to track the package online ;)

Rachel, that's a great question and I think you probably have to because the coupon comes off after that part on their website. At least credit card companies protect us against unwanted charges so I wouldn't have an issue giving them that info. They also take paypal and have a bill me option.
Anon-what did you wind up getting? So many choices, huh!
