Coke and Monsters and Aliens DVD deals @ CVS

I had my kids' prescriptions called in to my local CVS to work the monster movie deal but they were out. I needed to do the coke deal first anyway so I got:

6 coke 12 packs (2nd cashier kept my receipt so I am going by memory here) 3 something each. I used 3 x $1/2 coke pack coupons (exp 9/30) from this coupon tearpad pictured that I found a while back @ Publix.

I also got 2 thermoses on clearance (3.00 total 1.50 each) so I could get my total above 25 and use the 5/25 flu shot coupon. (Could have gotten other things to get my total above 25 but I wanted those thermoses.) I used my 10 ecb from the Tide deal I worked the other day and paid 7.30 something oop. The cashier said the Monster deal would appear on my card. It did not. It also didn't prompt for my next transaction. The 15 credit was manually entered for me at the 2nd store. Maybe it needs to be done in the same transaction?

So I got my prescriptions and drove to the next closest store (called first to make sure they had the DVD.) I wanted to check out their clearance section (they had none--cashier said he just bought a case of Tide himself for 6 bucks on clearance and that they never have any at that store???!!!) Here's what I got:

Monster movie 19.99 (was given 15 off transaction)
2 glade lasting impressions (used coupons for free starter kits) wanted to get the movie free and my total above 25 to use another 5/25 flu shot coupon and the cashier told me he was putting the movie in for 5 bucks(I really only needed 1 glade.)
Also found...
7 clean and clear .99 (used 7 1/1 coupons)
2 gold emblem nuts .99 each (got a 2 crt when I walked in the door so free with crt)
1 hefty zip bags 1.00 (found 1/1 coupon so used that)
My total after all coupons was .03 plus tax so $3.05

Now I'm sure there are other ways to work the deal, and I would have much rather rolled those ecbs, but this is how it went for me.
