Various couponers have reported getting the Betty Crocker lemon poppyseed single muffin packs for .18 cents at Target. Target Mission Valley was one of the stores that they were found in. I priced it when I was at Target last time but they were .82 or .92 cents a pouch (can't remember exactly now.) Anyway don't go running out to Target to see if the price is cheaper at your store, but when you are there next time you may as well see if they are .18 cents because that's a rad deal for that stuff. (Personally I think there may have been a national pricing error that was fixed.)
Thomas the Train bicycles have also been reported to be pricing at 15 bucks, but they were of course 58 bucks at my store when I priced it.
I never found any clearance Tag books either, so maybe my Target stores just suck or the other couponers always beat me lol.
