Went to Publix tonight...

They wouldn't take my 5 off 25 Rite Aid coupon, so my total for all of this was $3.86 plus tax so $5.34. I was hoping to get out of there for free and I would have if they took the 5/25 competitor coupon. The store manager, Duane, said no more unless it's on a subscription. This is the Publix located off exit 16 and 985.

Here's the break down:

Chinet 2.50 (used 2/1)
baguette 1.79
2 AJ pancakes & french toast 1.35 each (used 2 1/1 publix coupons)
Organic OJ 4.99 (free with today's printable coupon!!!)
Rice Krispies 4.99 (used free vocalpoint coupon)
Sundance Vid D 2.99
Sundance Fish Oil 4.99 (used 6/2 publix coupon and 2 1/1 peelies)
10 kraft cheam cheeses 1.09 (used 10 1/1 coupons)
diabetes monitor 10.00 (used 10/1 coupon so free)
1 glade candle 3.29 (free with free glade coupon.)
(So at least I saved $48.56)

***Note, A1 sauce marinades aren't in the bogo sale and I don't need any of the other kind. Also the Ronzoni pasta that is .79 cents now is not the whole wheat so I couldn't use my .50/1 coupons unless I wanted to pay .39 cents each ugh. I went for free glade candles but my store was wiped out. Also they still didn't have any I can't believe it's not butter sticks. And the hair color is not bogo, but just 5.99 each, so the people at hcw got that wrong.

Also, the monitors are locked up in the pharmacy area, there is no tax on them with the $10 coupon, and the pharmacist didn't want to give me one because he said I should go thru my insurance and get one free that way?!?!!?! It was like pulling teeth to get that monitor--which I was getting for my best friend who lives in CA and he can't exactly go in there and fill a prescription LOL!
