In the Publix Green Advantage Flyer 'Big Savings for the Whole Family' valid from 8/29/09-9/25/09, there is a 2/1 Publix coupon off any 1 Revlon beauty tool OR COSMETIC, which works for free nail clippers and files and cheap tweezers. You can stack that coupon with the $1/1 8/16 SS manuf coupon to get $3 off any 1 Revlon item--so cheap/free cosmetics/tools!
There are also 1/1 Cover Girl coupons in the Green Advantage Flyer which you can stack with manuf coupons to get cheap make-up. (Remember the 2.50/2 pg coupons expire 8/31.)
