Bummed about Crocs.com

I ordered some of those 10 dollar crocs/mickey mouse with free shipping but they never mailed them or responded to my inquiry emails. So I just called them and they claim to be out of what I ordered. Gee, thanks for returning my emails and giving me a heads up that my order wouldn't be fulfilled. What is with these companies?!!?!?
