I have a huge resource for coupons in my area, so I don't have to buy my inserts. Only on a small occasion will I ever buy coupons--only if I can make a profit off of what I am getting for free and my inserts don't have the particular coupon that I want. There are lots of trading forums on many websites (HCW, AFC, ETC!) where people will trade you paypal $ and stamps for coupons.
