Kroger: .19 cent FLASHLIGHTS just in time for HALLOWEEN!!!!

I saw a huge display of Energizer Flashlight at Kroger for $1.19 ea. The bin was in the middle of the Halloween section. There is a $1/1 Energizer battery OR flashlight coupon in the 9/12 SS which means .19 cent flashlights YEAH!!! You can never have enough flashlights to prepare for storms, power outages, AND my kids LOVE to play with them!!!!

***Note, these flashlights don't come with batteries, so hopefully you have some in your stockpiles!
