Atlanta peeps: 2010 Halloween Mall Trick Or Treating schedule etc.

Fyi: we went to MOG last year and OMG it was a complete and total nightmare b/c of the rain and the crowds so if it rains you should either arrive very early b/c the parking lot was worse than black friday or just stay home lol. We did go Trick Or Treating in the AM at ToysRUs and Michael's craft shop (pictured here is Riley from last year) so that might be a better option for those of you with little little ones :)

Barnes & Nobel Trick-or-Treat Storytime Thursday October 28, 2010 11:00 AM
Join us for our weekly storytime, followed by trick-or-treating through the store for goodies. Everyone is encouraged to wear their costume.

Northlake Mall For an easy trick-or-treat in a mall, head out to Northlake Mall to gather up all those candies from the participating stores. Stop by the guest service to get the list or just wandering around.

Atlantic Station Join Atlantic Station celebrates 2nd annual Howl-o-Ween Fall Festival – an event that will be fun for the whole family – including the family pet!
The free event includes party in Central Park hosted by Radio Disney and Midtown Bridge featuring make and take crafts, carnival activities and face painting, Kiddie Costume Contest at 4 pm. and participating retailers will offer trick-or-treating from 5 – 6 pm.

Town Center at Cobb Town Center’s annual Boo Bash involves fun interactive booths, a costume parade and of course , tons of candy. Sponsored by Radio Disney. Event will be in center court and if the weather permits outside the main food court entrance.

Discover Mills Join Discover Mills for Halloween Festivities. It will be a Ghoulishly Good Time! Schedule is as follows: Simon Kidgits Club Halloween Bash from 4-6pm in the food court. Radio Disney “Walk the Stage” Costume parade from 4-6pm in the food court for ages 0-12. Mall wide Trick-O-Treat from 5-8pm. Participating stores will have a pumpkin in their window.

Sunday October 31st!? (I'm surprised it's  the 31st since everyone else is doing it on the 30th and there were 3 sources to confirm that they will be doing it on the 31st!?)

Mall of Georgia hosts both its Simon Kidgits Club Fall Festival and mall-wide trick-or-treating. Stop by The Village at Mall of Georgia to enjoy a costume contest with prizes, a performance by a local dance studio, taekwondo demonstrations and a bounce house as well as artists doing crazy hair, balloon animals and face painting – all from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. After the Fall Festival, stick around to trick-or-treat around the mall from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. Participating merchants will offer goodies and sweets to costume-clad children 12 years of age and under.
