Publix run to get more fisher nuts MMMMMM I love these things!!!!
I got 20 more nuts at .89 cents each and a $5 gift card. I used 20 $1/1 coupons, paid $2.90 plus tax ($3.44) for the 20 nuts and $5 gift card!!
Picked up my free 8 x 10 at Walgreens!!
And I got a few more things free after rr making an extra $2 rr with a 2/1 coupon I just found. (Picked up the free one we ordered for my mom with her email account too!) FYI-Spout Springs store is stocked with Johnson's wash and they have a few more of the other rr items but they've already yanked their tags. It is also a new store so they don't understand how their own RR machine works LOL. Apparently there was another lady in there last night who was trying to roll her Johnson body washes and it didn't work out lol.
Publix limiting bogos to 15 pr visit (lol!)
So I was going to stockpile (majorly) Fisher nuts since they are bogo this week and there were 1/1 coupons in last Sunday's SS. Well I got up to the register with my buggy full (lol I prob should have split up my order but it's such a pain shopping with a 1 and a 2 year old and I just wanted to get it over with!) and they said nope 15 max. So that kinda messed up my overage plan. My overage was going to go towards milk etc. so I wound up paying 4.73 plus tax for 3 greenworks soaps (using up the last of my mf coupons and flips that are about to expire) .39 cents each after coupons (now I have soap for the next year hopefully lol) 15 fisher nuts, 8 matchbox cars (free with wsb coupons) 5 nesquick (used .50/1 and raincheck for $1 each) 6 musselman apple sauces bogo so $1.17 and 1.16 each (came out to .36/.37 each w/ the .75/1 wsb coupons) 1 milk 2.59 (my kids can't drink chocolate milk forever lol) and 2 bananas. I still saved $62.08 but I really want the rest of my nuts lol. I would have also purchased a book of stamps to help cover nut overage although I prob didn't need it but what I should prob do is just start getting gas cards and giftcards.
KROGER clearance on ground turkey (lean 93/7!)
My dear husband tries to impress me by finding great deals LOL. He just went into Kroger (he can't help himself and it's right next to our gym) and he found this lean ground turkey on clearance @ Kroger for .99 each. They normally sell for $3.75. I know that most people are swimming in turkey right now and that's why Kroger is clearancing these out (LOL) and he said they had over 20 trays of it on clearance...but for this price we can cook or freeze it now for later. We actually had a Costco rotissery chicken for Thanskgiving, so we'll actually be using this ground turkey lol.
