Great deal on cream cheese @ Publix this week....

They are 4 for $5, and if you can find the Grape Magazines, there are $1/1 philadelphia cream cheese coupons inside, so .25 cents each! I found 2 more last night.

Here's the easiest cheesecake recipe on the planet that even a sick person can make:

Throw into a silicone baking pan:
1 smashed thing of graham crackers (I like the cinnamon ones) with 1/2 stick of I can't believe it's not butter or whatever you have (I got a ton of those for .25) that you melt in the microwave and mix in with the smashed graham crackers. I do use chocolate flavored graham crackers too mmmmm. Spread into pan and bake for 8-10 min @ 365 degrees.

While the crust is cooking, melt 2 things of philadelphia cream cheese and then stir in 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar, and a splash of vanilla. Pour onto crisp graham cracker bottom and bake for 30ish min.

Cool and feed to kids! You can cover with pie filling if you don't have fresh fruit like straberries or blueberries. Cheery pie filling is delicious. Course I've already expended enough energy doing this so that's enough haha.

(I used my free strawberries from Target and cheap blueberries from Publix mmmm.)
